CarPartArt, created and photographed by Chris Stocker, was inspired by several stunning shots of palm trees reflecting on the trunk of a 1950 Oldsmobile. In the last 10 years I've photographed thousands of car parts with Nikon, Olympus and Leica digital cameras.

CarPartArt photography focuses on detailed areas of automobiles rather than the entire car. You'll see more than car parts and some look like modern art paintings. In other shots, you'll see reflections of landscapes, people, clouds, and trees captured on these brilliant colored forms.
